Spinach and Feta Chilli Bites
Ingredients
25 g spinach or swiss chard (chopped)
40g feta cheese - crumbled (reduced fat feta)
30g chopped onions
70g chilli bite mix
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
Method
Mix all the above ingredeints with enough water (about 60 ml) to form a thick chunky batter.
Do not let the mixture get runny - add a very little water at a time.
Cook for 4 -5 minutes in a pre=heated cake pops maker.
Note that you DO NOT require oil for this, this therefore becomes a great healthy snack - approximately 30 calories per chilli bite.
