Peanut, Mint and Coriander Chutney
Ingredients
100 g peanut butter
100 g washed and drained coriander
100 g washed and drained mint
60 g tamarind
60-80ml water
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
5-6 green chillies
Method
Gring the mint,coriander and green chillies in the food processor
Mix tamarind with water and remove seeds.
Add all other ingredients to the food processor and blend for a few minutes.
